  The air-conditioning was not strong enough and especially during the nights, we did not sleep too comfortably because of that. also, the evening/night lady was not too friendly when we asked for more detailed information for getting around and it appeared to me that she had work-overload being the only person at the desk.

  For a person of average income in poland your regular prices are beyond possibilities and we had a chance to try you only because of your special offer. the breakfast we did not try due to the same reason - and there was no special offer :-(

  There is a free internet connection this hotel is in the city center, juste closed to the underground. but the price is a little bit expensive compare with the prestation. the raod in front of the hotel was in works, so we were wake up before 8'o clock !

  I like the hotel because of its location near the city train station. from there it is easy to travel to any part of the city and to the other parts of austria.

  Location was excellent for the stadthalle (you could see it from the hotel) and about 15mins from the centre of town by underground. nice staff, we paid 95 euro for a triple room which was excellent value for vienna.

  The hotel itself is very nice but the area around it is very dirty and i did not feel safe walking around. the directions to the hotel were difficult and passed many sex shops on the way to the hotel. i would not recommend it because of the location.

  We thought the hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff (especially andreas) were very friendly and helpful. we would happily stay there again.
