  My friend and i from latvia stayed in the ausrotel hotel fuerst metternich in august 2011. excellent location, most friendly and helpful staff, free access to internet, very good breakfast. we would definetely recommend it to our friends. really excellent value for money.

  Zimmertemperatur zu hoch. auch bei gekipptem fenster war es im zimmer zu warm, obwohl der heizkörper ausgeschaltet war. woher die wärme kam, war durch uns nicht feststellbar.

  Awesome location and price....the only downfall...was the wireless internet connection very slow and kept going off ...however...with that in mind...couldn't ask for anything better for all the pluses.

  Daily upkeep (bathroom)room could be better. breakfast could be better and cheaper. 13 euros is not exactly value for money in this case.

  Extremely good value for money,cozy rooms,nicely refurbished.excellent,helpfull,friendly staff.i´m travelling to vienna since 70´s and this hotel belongs to my favourites.

  L'hotel est pas mal, les chambres n'ont pas beaucoup de charme mais sont spacieuses et propres. nous étions seuls à l'étage mais on sentait que les chambres n'étaient pas super bien insonorisées. petit déjeuner très très bien excepté le jus d'orange (on avait été prevenu mais on a pas pu résister...gloups...) situation très centrale! ce serait a refaire on y retournerait.

  Room very dark. decor terrible. bed comfortable. scruffy feel to the whole hotel. could be so much nicer as the building has some charm.

  Nous avons été enchantés des démarches faites par le personnel de la réception. ils ont été toujours disponibles pour donner des renseignements, pour réserver pour des spectacles etc... mille mercis à toute l'équipe.

  The carpet in the room was really old and the size of the room was small. the window could not be opened which meant that i had to endure the warm weather without any good ventilation. the receptionist could be friendlier and smile more. the saving grace was the location and the breakfast which is above average. but i would hesitate to stay in this account when i next visit vienna- likely during this autumn.

  Donne sur une rue calme, pas de bruits des chambres attenantes à tel point qu'on se demande si elles étaient occupées. il aurait été préférable de proposer des jus de fruits frais au lieu de chimiques au petit déjeuner. adeline et michel france

  Die empfangsperson an der reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die kleidung war jedoch unpassend. die zimmersauberkeit war in ordnung, das badezimmer war nicht unserem sauberkeitsideal entsprechend. im essraum, wo wir das frühstück eingenommen haben, roch es immer noch nach zigarettenrauch.
