  Having stayed at hotels all over the world on business and on holiday, as a 3 star establishment, hotel austria vienna is simply the best. the staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms good value and the breakfast is fantastic. couple this with a very central location and our 5 day stay was just fantastic.

  Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour a l'hotel austria. le seul inconvenient est le prix du parking, mais je pense que c'est un probleme dans toute grande ville. le personnel est tres agrable et tres serviable. notre chambre etait tres confortable, malgre la canicule... le ventilateur dans la chambre nous a bien soulage, meme s'il n'y avait pas de climatisation.

  the staff is extremely helpful. i was very pleased with the hotel. the location is wonderful. just a few minutes walk to the subway and stephenplatz. there is also a supermarket within a block from the hotel where you can get chocolates at a much lower price than you can get from the stores on the main streets. breakfast is great. one day we needed to leave early for a day trip, the frondesk opened the dining room and served us breakfast at 5:45am. you can't really ask for more helpful staff. when i had an urgent document that needed to be signed and sent back home. the front desk helped me fax it. the free wi-fi in the hotel makes it very convenient for the guests. we were able to have internet in our room and have easy communication with our friends and family. i highly recommend this hotel.

  Très bien situé dans le quartier historique, près de tout. hôtel de charme avec un personnel très accueillant, parlant français et anglais. l'hôtel est situé au fond d'une impasse qui peut être un peu bruyante le soir si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes. il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais un ventilateur est fourni.

  Hôtel très bien situé au centre de vienne. au fond d'une impasse. très proche des transports en commun avec de nombreux restaurants sympathiques à proximité. nous avions demandé et obtenu une chambre intérieure. silence absolu. c'était la nuit d'halloween et des groupes bruyants passaient dans les rues. nous n'avons rien entendu. dans la chambre que nous occupions 2 détails perfectibles: 1- une table plus grande pour pouvoir écrire ou travailler confortablement sur son ordinateur 2- une tablette de rangement serait utile dans la salle de bain. personnel serviable et efficace. accès internet gratuit. bref à recommander chaudement.

  Very pleased with the hotel. the staff always made the extra effort to assist and answer questions. close to public transportation yet set off the main street so it was quiet. good breakfast buffet.

  We were very happy with hotel austria and hope to go back there next spring. we had a standard double room,but,we will go for the classic next time. the only fault was that the floor in the bedroom was very "squeaky".

  Fabulous hotel - quiet but very convenient innere stadt location, friendly staff, large buffet breakfast, comfortable and spacious rooms. i can not imagine a better place to stay in vienna! i was delighted with this hotel.

  Hotel tres bien situé ( accès direct aéroport,2 lignes métro,nombreux trams et bus,commerces et restaurants à deux pas).visite à pied du cenre ville. service et propreté irréprochables.séjour très agréable bon choix de fast booking!

  Great hotel, our only comment is that as the lane outside the hotel is cobbled so collection/devliery of bottles early the morning is a little noisy. the ability to hire bikes was great way to see vienna.

  Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hotel. ils parlent français, l'acceil était très bon. nous sommes arrivés à l'avance et avons pu déposer nos bagages avant de prendre la chambre. l'hoyel est très bien situé, proche des transports.

  Hôtel est très bien placé, il se trouve à 1 minute à pied du centre de vienne. les stations de métro et de tramway se trouvent aussi à une minute à pied de l'hotel.

  Exceptional staff. friendly and cooperative. coffee at breakfast was a little weak (for vienna standards), and the bread a little hard. location couldn't be better. mass transit, restaurants, pubs, post office, groceries, atm and attractions all close by.

  The hotel austria was a wonderful place for our visit to vienna. it is centrally located in the inner stadt, in easy walking distance to the major sites. the staff were very cordial and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. the buffet breakfast offered all anyone could want. if we are fortunate enough to return to vienna, we will definitely stay at the hotel austria again.
