  Hotel confortable, personnel attentif, disponible et souriant. petit déjeuner plaisant dans d'agréables petits salons. très bon séjour. seule l'entrée de l'immeuble est un peu surprenante mais on s'y fait très vite. etablissement à conseiller vivement.

  Bien que la douche ait été spacieuse et magnifique, nous aurions choisi une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, si le choix nous avait été proposé. ce n'est pas une critique mais une suggestion, car nous avons été très satisfait. service "gateau et thé " l'après-midi, inclus dans le prix, très apprécié

  Hallway was dimly lit or unlit. furniture in the living room area was sparse, old, and worn.

  One of the best hotels i've ever stayed in. location is perfect and staff are extremley helpful and accomodating. (complimentary tea and cakes in the afternoon!)

  The hotel is top class, the staff are very friendly and provide valuable information to first time visitors to vienna. sipping earl grey tea (free!) in the beautiful sitting room following a 5 hour visit to the fine arts museum was the highlight of my trip.
