  We booked rooms for couple of 3 and arrived at 10.00am in morning & were advised only 1 room available they had water problems with others & were offered another hotel miles away from central location. we refused, two rooms were upgraded ours was single room picture advertised on your website reasonable size but outdated '90's bedspread nothing like elegant double rooms advertised. many people on tripadvisor had complained of same excuse being given & being moved to another location. . location was excellent though.

  Das hotel ist ideal für kurze stadtbesichtigung. das bas ist zu klein. der service und alles anderes war super!

  A very comfortable and cozy hotel in the center of vienna. beautiful room, delicious breakfast, excelent service.
