Comments : bei Empfang unfreundlich, fürs Gepäck fühlte sich Keiner zuständig, schlechte Touristeninformation. Vorschlag , so wie in anderen Hotels erlebt, ein täglicher Infoflyer mit den Tagesaktuellen Infos. Falsche Abrechnung des Frühstücks und bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt, keine Rekation auf unsere Reklamation per FAX.

Comments : Hotel assez vétuste, pas de climatisation, odeur de tabac dans les couloirs mais les chambres à l'arrière sont bien isolées du bruit de la rue et il est très bien situé.

Comments : L'hotel est dans un mauvais état. Très grand besoin de rénovation. En plus, l'hotel est tres sans dessus dessous. Le personnel n'est pas très serviable, ni souriant. Dans notre chambre, nous n'avons jamais eu de savon pour se laver, et le papier de toilette manquait. Seul point positif , la proximité du tram et d'une des majeure attraction. Nous ne retournerons pas là.

Comments : We pay for Dbl room 99 euro without breakfast - forthis money it is very good chance to stay near the wonderful park and near metro (15 min. by metro to Stephanspltz), sauna and swimming pool is bonus, but for 4 stars hotel is small.

Comments : EUR 70,00 für das Zimmer finde ich OK. Der Originalpreis von EUR 280,00 steht in keiner Relation zum Gebotenen. Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt, für einen derart hohen Preis würde ich mir etwas "anderes" erwarten!

Comments : The location of the hotel enabled several walks/vistis in the wonderful Schönbrunn Scloss -garten. There were very good services available in the neighbourhood: grocery shops, lunch restaurants etc. The atmosphere was that of a conference hotel: not very cosy, the garden was very modest but ok. Sometimes the church bells woke me up in the middle of the night.

Comments : The hotel was amazing! Initially skeptical, due to the typical high price per room in a 4 star. The price I paid would pay for a 2 star room in other major cities. The room, pool, bar, sauna, restaurant were all incredible. The team at the front desk were a delight & helpful. The location just far enough out of the city center to make it quite and made us feel safer. Public trans was easy with a Ubahn next door. Don't let the 4 star rating scare you away!

Comments : We really, really enjoyed the Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn, our concert in the Schönbrunn Orangerie and the convenience to the metro/city center. The snowfall made it extra special and the sushi restaurant next to the church was the best!

Comments : Good ratio quality /price. But this hotel has no air. cond. into room, that was the big problem and not mentionned went booking Pas d'air conditionné.....was about 30° into rooms!!! But nice rooms, on top floor only Front of building required some painting....de la peinture sur la façade....serait + beau Not enough person for breakfast, too busy....

Comments : L'hotel bénéficie d'une situation à la fois éloignée du centre et donc des difficutés de stationnement et très proche de la ligne de métro directe jusqu'au centre (10'). Le petit déjeuner est excellent servi dans un cadre agréable. L'hotel possède le charme des établissements un peu anciens.
